I have sent my Blancpain and my IWC for service around the same time last year, and IWC came back within 2-3 weeks while Blancpain was away for half a year. IWC (ETA 2892-A2) came back with +/- 1spd accuracy (when I first got it new more than 10 years ago it was +8spd though). The staffs at IWC boutique has been most helpful and courteous.
